Andre Investigations:
Pre-Employment Screening
A pre-employment check is the act of obtaining additional information on an applicant, as well as verifying the information that was provided by the applicant. A pre-employment check usually includes the completion of one or more of the following: a social security number verification, a criminal conviction history check, a motor vehicle record check, a personal credit history check, an educational verification, prior employment verification and worker's compensation records search. When conducting backgrounds checks, you must obtain written permission from the applicant. Using your companies’ permission form(s) we will be able to conform the information given to you.
Pre-Employment Checks can provide an in-depth history and insight
into a subject’s known or unknown histories, their criminal background,
hidden or past assets, employment background , police records, civil
history, and other public records.
Records available to us, as private
investigators, are not the same set of records that law enforcement
uses. Private investigators are not limited like police agencies when
conducting background searches.
