  • Frequent withdraws from bank accounts including but not limited to transfers.
  • Complaints of negligence that point to a lack of funds or resources.

    • Elder abuse and the mistreatment of our senior citizens are commonly defined as follows. “Elder abuse is a single or repeated act or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust or negligence which caused harm, or distress to an older person”. Our team will investigate elder abuse, negligence and the mistreatment of our senior citizens in nursing homes by sending licensed Private Investigator to nursing homes. Intentional neglect by caregivers or other persons that cause harm to elders can be video taped, photographed and documented.

    Nursing home negligence is often under reported while nursing staffs lack the quality of highly trained professionals needed to care for the elderly. Physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and neglect are major problems in nursing home negligence cases. Elder abuse is not only limited to nursing home negligence and physical problems. Elder abuse also involves the exploitation of senior citizens as well. Stealing money, concealment of assets or misuse of real property are other forms of abuse. Elder abuse laws don’t seem to deter those that misuse and violate rights of seniors.

    Our team can help in these situations by making unscheduled visits to nursing homes. Patients that have profile visitors often get better treatment or at least the fair treatment they deserve

    Our Mission

    To improve the standard of care provided to Aids Patients, The Elderly, The Disabled, and Seniors. Care providers, Doctors and Nurses perform better when placed under a watchful eye. Patients neglected by the staff members who receive visits from Private Investigators get more attention. We can also make home visits to check on the seniors at home. Upon request we can contact neighbors or other interested persons living in the area.

  • Private Investigator will videotape the patient, the interior and the exterior of the building and the general living conditions.
  • Give a full status report with notes and observations by the investigator.
  • Audiotape and recorded conversations with the patient if possible. (Patients approval or guardian is required).
